These End User Terms govern your use of the services provided by Shree Biradev Finance Pvt. Ltd. By applying for a loan or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our loan services, you must :
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be an Indian citizen
- Provide valid KYC and income proof
Loan Process
- Upon applying, we will evaluate your eligibility based on income, credit score, and documents.
- Loan terms, including the interest rate, repayment schedule, and other charges, will be clearly communicated before the loan is approved.
- The loan will be disbursed directly to the dealer/vendor or as agreed.
Repayment Terms
- Repayments must be made through the agreed method (CASH, RTGS, UPI, etc.).
- Late payments may negatively impact your credit score.
- You can prepay the loan, subject to consultation with concerned Branch.
Vehicle Use
- The vehicle financed remains hypothecated to us until the loan is fully repaid.
- You must insure the vehicle at all times.
- The vehicle must be used legally and not for commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.
Default and Recovery
- If you default, we reserve the right to initiate legal recovery proceedings, including repossession of the vehicle.
